We still remember exactly what it felt like to be new in Germany. Most essential information is often only available in German– and it isn't easy to find what you need on time. At the same time, social media is full of fake news and confusing rumours.
We know from our own experience that access to correct information and advice is very important in order to lead a self-determined and independent life in Germany. That's exactly why we have invested ourselves in creating a digital platform to provide newcomers with what they need most.
Our project Handbook Germany: Together – the central digital contact point – brings together the information platform handbookgermany.de, the community platform together-in-germany.de and a search engine, Local information, to look for on-site support and advice.
All our offers are available in nine languages: German, Farsi, English, Pashto, Turkish, French, Arabic, Ukrainian and Russian. Because everyone is entitled to access to information and support.
Since we are part of the respective language communities ourselves, we know about the needs. This means we always strive to tailor our offers to your needs and situations as they emerge
