Anna Laletina

Anna was born and raised in Russia and studied journalism and cultural studies in Moscow. She reported on political and social issues for Russian media such as Lenta.ru, Interfax, Republic and Afisha Daily before moving to Berlin in 2015. She completed a Master's degree in Cultural Studies at Humboldt University in Berlin. In Germany, she wrote as a freelance author for BBC Russian Service, taz, Zeit Online and Missy Magazine, among others. Her areas of focus include culture, feminism and disability. Before joining the "Handbook Germany : Together" project, Anna worked as a press officer at the Maxim Gorki Theater during the 2021/22 and 2022/23 seasons.
