Oliver Pleli

Oliver Pleli was born near Stuttgart in 1974 into a family of restaurateurs- and gastronomy remained a dominant part of his professional life as well. After training as a hotel clerk, he came to Berlin in 2002 to study hotel management. In 2011 he ventured into self-employment and ran two restaurants and a delicatessen for Mallorcan and Spanish specialities. After a two-year detour into the music business, where he worked for a management agency and as a tour manager, he joined Handbook Germany in January 2021 and has been working as a project assistant ever since.
